The Board of Directors of JTB wishes to announce that the Company has agreed to provide a Corporate Guarantee of USD5,500,000-00 (United States Dollars: Five Million and Five Hundred Thousand Only) and RM2,000,000-00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Two Million Only) in favour of Malayan Banking Berhad (“Maybank”) to secure the Facility granted by Maybank to Johore Tin Factory Sendirian Berhad, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
