Kindly be advised that JOHOTIN’s additional 23,326,333 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each issued pursuant to the Rights Issue will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 27 November 2012.

Kindly also be advised that JOHOTIN’s 23,326,333 Warrants issued pursuant to the Rights Issue will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the listing and quotation of these Warrants on the Main Market under the “Industrial Products” sector, will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 27 November 2012.

The Stock Short Name, Stock Number and ISIN Code of the Warrants are “JOHOTIN-WA“, “7167WA“and “MYL7167WARB1” respectively.
