The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (JTB) wishes to annouce that a Corporate Guarantee of RM3,500,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia :Three Million Five Hundred Thousand only) in favour of Hong Leong Bank Berhad (HLBB) to guarantee HLBB for the Term Loan Facility granted to JTB’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Johore Tin Factory Sendirian Berhad has been executed.
