The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (“JTB”) wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee in favour of OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (“OCBC”) had been executed to guarantee OCBC for the following Credit Facilities granted to JTB’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Johore Tin Factory Sendirian Berhad.

1. EQUIPMENT HIRE PURCHASE FACILITY UNDER THE PRINCIPLE OF AL-IJARAH THUMMA AL-BAI OF RM380,000.00
2. One Time Letter of Credit Line of RM392,000.00
3. One Time Foreign Exchange Line of RM400,000.00
