The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (“JTB”) wishes to announce that a Corporate Guarantee for RM1,308,000.24 in favour of OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (“OCBC”) had been executed to guarantee OCBC for the Equipment Hire Purchase Facility under the Principle of Al-Ijarah Thumma Al-Bai of RM1.20 million granted to JTB’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Johore Tin Factory Sendirian Berhad.
