The Board of Directors of Johore Tin Berhad (JTB) wishes to announce that the following Corporate Guarantees in favour of Bumiputra-Commerce Bank Berhad (BCBB) to guarantee BCBB for the Banking Facilities granted to JTB’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Unican Industries Sdn. Bhd. have been executed:

a) Corporate Guarantee of RM6,500,000.00 (RInggit Malaysia: Six Million Five Hundred Thousand Only)
b) Corporate Guarantee of RM7,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Seven Million Only)
