This annoucement is made in respect of the notice of disposal of shares received from a shareholder, Low Lee Kwee who is a substantial shareholder of Johore Tin Holdings Sdn. Bhd. which is a substantial shareholder of Johore Tin Berhad (“JTB”) and therefore Low Lee Kwee is deemed to be a substantial shareholder of JTB (Indirect).

Out of the 539,336 shares held after the change, 366,332 shares are under moratorium.
