This announcement is dated 3 June 2021 (“Announcement“).
On behalf of the Board of Directors of JTB (“Board“), AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank“) wishes to announce that JTB is proposing to undertake the followings proposals:-
(i) a proposed acquisition through its wholly owned subsidiaries namely Able Dairies Sdn. Bhd., Unican Industries Sdn. Bhd., and Able Development Sdn. Bhd. to acquire a piece of freehold land measuring approximately 297.51 acres located at Mukim Bandar, Daerah Kuala Langat, Selangor Darul Ehsan from PNB Development Sdn. Berhad for a total cash consideration of approximately RM169.8 million (“Proposed Land Acquisition”);and
(ii) a proposed diversification of its existing businesses to include property development (“Proposed Diversification“).
